How can I start training?
To begin your fitness journey with LeanBodyFitness, simply contact us to schedule your initial consultation. During this session, we will discuss your fitness goals, assess your current fitness level, and tailor a personalized training and nutrition plan specifically for you.
What is the duration of a typical session?
Our training sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and cool-down. This is to make sure we aren't clock-watching. This is YOUR time. The duration can vary based on your individual needs, preferences & performance
Do you offer online training?
Yes, we provide virtual training sessions through our App with curated workouts specific to your goals. These virtual sessions offer the flexibility of training from any location, ensuring you can stay on track with your fitness goals, even from the comfort of your own home.
