Refund Policy

Coaching Agreement & Terms of Service

1. Non-Refundable Commitment

• Finality of Sale: All fees paid for personal training, programming, and coaching services are strictly non-refundable.

• Expertise as Service: Payments cover the delivery of professional intellectual property and the reservation of coaching time. No refunds will be granted for unused sessions, early withdrawal, or lack of adherence.

2. Attendance & Cancellation Policy

• The 24-Hour Rule: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-Show Fee: Any session missed with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely without communication, will be charged at a flat rate of £45. This fee is non-negotiable.

3. Adherence, Autonomy, and Results

• Professional Scope: I provide the program, the logic, and the technical guidance. You are solely responsible for your results. * Personal Choice: I will provide the tools for motivation and adherence; however, I cannot control your external choices. Actions that contradict your goals—such as repeated binge drinking or nutritional non-compliance—are your responsibility and will directly impact your outcomes.

• The Variable: Success is a direct function of your discipline and execution of the provided plan.

4. Mandatory Transparency & Problem Solving

• Check-In Requirement: I cannot fix what I do not know. Any issues regarding the program, physical limitations, or mental barriers must be raised at minimum during your weekly check-ins.

• The "Transparency First" Clause: Before terminating a relationship due to lack of progress or adherence, I will endeavour to understand your specific challenges. However, this requires absolute transparency from you. If you are not honest about your struggles, I cannot assist you in overcoming them.

5. Conduct & Termination of Service

• Zero Tolerance: Any abusive, disrespectful, or harassing behavior toward me will result in the immediate termination of your program without a refund.

• Non-Compliance: Persistent refusal to follow the program or failure to communicate may result in termination.

• Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to cease coaching any individual who consistently undermines the professional relationship or the integrity of the program.
